SHIPPING and RETURNS

Anticipated delivery times

We will pack your order within 1 – 2 working days of receipt of your order. Targeted delivery time is 2 – 3 working days following receipt of your email notification of your tracking number (which notifies you that your parcel has been picked up by our courier).

Deliveries to rural addresses may increase delivery times.

We do not accept any liability for any delays in the delivery of any goods ordered through the Website.

Signature Required/No Signature Required

Our standard service is NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, as this avoids the need to go to the courier depot to pick up an order, if no one is at home to sign for the package when it is delivered. With NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, the courier is authorized to leave the parcel at the address supplied and you are releasing Euro Salon Supplies Ltd  and the courier company from all liability if the wrong address has been given or a parcel is stolen from the address after delivery has been made.

If you require your parcel to be delivered SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please include SIGNATURE REQUIRED in your special delivery instructions. NOTE : If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a calling card, so you can arrange to collect it from the courier depot. 

Freight Charges

If your order value is under $100.00, we charge a flat rate delivery fee. We also charge a flat rate RURAL delivery fee, if you have a RURAL delivery address.

If your order value is over $100.00, the standard flat rate delivery fee will NOT be charged, but we will still charge the RURAL delivery fee, if you have a RURAL delivery address.

FLAT RATE DELIVERY FEES

Auckland Metro Area : $6.00

Outside Auckland (South to Thames/Hamilton, North to Whangarei) : $7.00 

All other areas in the North Island : $7.00

South Island, incl. Waiheke Island : $8.00

Extra for RURAL Delivery : $11.00 

General Delivery Points

Delivery must be made to a physical address as couriers do not deliver to a Post Office box.

We are unable to change any delivery details once an order has been dispatched.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time or if you have any queries regarding your order, please contact our customer services team at info@eurosalonsupplies.co.nz . Please have your tracking number handy.

Orders received during public holidays and weekends are shipped the next available working/business day.

We do not deliver orders over the weekends or on public holidays.

All orders are dispatched by courier, as we do not allow pick-ups.

Tracking your delivery

You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you into the NZ Courier website.

Received the wrong item or the product is damaged.

Take a photo of the incorrect/damaged item and email this to at info@eurosalonsupplies.co.nz ASAP. Please include your order number in the email.

We will contact you to get it sorted straight away.

In the case of damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return courier fee and supply the replacement product free of charge, freight free. 

If an item ordered is out of stock

If this occurs, we will notify you immediately of any delay, looking at all options including a refund.

Returns Policy

Goods must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched.

The product(s) must be in perfect, resalable condition and returned to us at your own cost.  

We are unable to refund or exchange any packaged item that has been opened. 

We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee of ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned goods.

Special conditions apply to hair appliances, refer below.

Hair appliances will only be accepted for return if the product has not been opened, used and the product/packaging in a re-sellable condition.

Under no circumstances do we accept returns on a used hair appliance unless the item is faulty and has been returned to us within the warranty period. After receipt of the faulty item, we will have it assessed and if the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return courier fee, the replacement item and the courier fee to ship the replacement item to you.

We will advise you by email when we have received and inspected the returned goods and they have been accepted under this Return Policy. Any refunds due will be refunded within 5 working days of receipt the returned goods. 

Where goods are returned to us and they do not meet the conditions of this Return Policy, we will advise you by email. In this instance, courier or postage will be at customers cost.
