Online Purchasing

You do not need to register or set up an account to place an order on our retail website.

Orders

After adding products or services to the shopping cart and completing our checkout process, you will be presented with a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print. We also forward an order confirmation email to you to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed and the goods or services are awaiting collection by our courier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where we find it necessary to change or cancel any orders you place with us, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. If any items are not in stock, or there is a delivery delay byond our normal delivery expectations, we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order and obtain a refund. We will process any refunds that related to changes made to your order or the cancellation of any order, in a timely manner.

Overseas Orders

We do not supply products to locations outside of New Zealand

Goods can be purchased using our secure online credit card transaction facility.

We also offer other payment options, which are available to you at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any orders placed by you and to also limit the quantities of any products or services that we supply. If for any reason a refund is subsequently required, these will be processed ina timely manner.

Cancelling Orders

Once goods have been shipped you cannot cancel or change your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipment, please contact customer services by email at info@eurosalonsupplies.co.nz or Phone: 0800 880499

Shipping and Returns

You will receive an email, including your order tracking number, confirming that your order has been packed and is awaiting collection by our courier.

Our deliveries are made on the basis of "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", as this avoids the need to go to the courier depot to pick up an order, if no one is at home to sign for the package when it is delivered.

When placing an order, if you require the order to be delivered as "SIGNATURE REQUIRED", highlight this in as a special delivery instruction, when placing your order. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a calling card so you can arrange to collect it from their depot.

You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email into the New Zealand Couriers website.

We are unable to change any delivery details once an order has been dispatched.

We do not accept any liability for any delays in the delivery of any goods ordered through the Website.
